Project Summary
Conserve executed comprehensive skid fabrication services for the WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) and DIW (Demineralized Water) Plant project. The scope included the extraction and preparation of detailed skid structural fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from the DIW and WTP skid models. These models were developed based on the structural General Arrangement (GA) drawings, equipment layouts, piping isometrics, and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
Our detailed engineering services encompassed multiple disciplines, primarily piping and civil/structural, ensuring full integration and alignment between mechanical, process, and structural components. Conserve’s engineering team focused on accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project specifications to deliver fabrication-ready documentation that supports efficient manufacturing and on-site assembly.
Through this project, Conserve demonstrated its expertise in skid design and fabrication engineering, providing high-quality deliverables that enhance reliability, reduce fabrication rework, and ensure seamless execution across all project stages.
